Tenant Find Only

Tenant Find Fee: 90% of rent due for one month period, subject to a minimum fee of £450.00

  • Advertising on major portals

  • Negotiation, administration and provision of signed Tenancy Agreement
  • Collection of first months’ rent and deposit

Tenant Find & Rent Collection

Tenant Find Fee: 90% of rent due for one month period, subject to a minimum fee of £450.00 + 9% of the rental income)

Management Package

Management Fee: 12% of rent due monthly

Set-Up charge, 60% of rent due for one month period, subject to a minimum of £450.00

Arranging Energy Performance Certificate: £90
Obtaining estimates and supervision of works: 12% of the cost of work

Hourly rate for other work: £90 per hour
